Starting up front, we look at wasted energy dollars and a CBECS based cash flow proforma. We investigate how much you spend on gas and electric utilities and compare your utility/energy metrics with those compiled for similar buildings by the Federal Government statistics at the Energy Information Administration, EIA.gov. This comparison tells us if there are sufficient savings to fund the study and implementing energy conservation measures. We also differentiate ourselves by developing, managing and verifying the energy and utility dollar savings. We aren’t out to sell you HVAC retrofits, control upgrades or high cost improvements. We believe in helping make the building perform the best it can, with what’s installed, the staff you already have for the lowest economical cost.

Three: the cooling and heating systems setpoints and schedules must be continually fine tuned.
